On Memorial Day Weekend, May 29th and 30th, Brevard County will experience the pomp and pageantry of the Caribbean as BCASCA in partnership with Brevard County Parks and Recreation, presents the 13th annual Caribbean Jamboree at Palm Bay Regional Park.
The FREE two-day family festival will include various sporting events as well as table games and children attractions. Professional performers including Chain Reaction (House band for Universal Studio), Caribbean Music Farm, Fiya Wuk Band, Ayaboumbe (Haitian Band), Orlando Power Star Steel Band will perform over the two day event. Patrons will experience amazing cultural performances such as the high flying Virgin Islands Stilt Dancers, the acrobatic fire eating performer, Prince Dragon, the Bahamian Junkanoo Revue with their high energy dance and musical performances deeply rooted in African traditions. Several arts/crafts and informational vendors will be present. Attendees will be able to sample the tastes of the Islands from the many Caribbean food vendors . Non-Food vendor spaces are available.
